Babinat Law Firm, PLC, was established in the fall of 2022 by Attorney Rachel Babinat. The firm primarily focuses on the practice of the following areas:
- Wills and Power of Attorney Drafting;
- Estate Planning;
- Probate Administration;
- Trust Administration; and
- Business (LLC) Formation
Through these areas of law, the focus of the Babinat Law Firm, PLC, is to generate confidence and long-lasting bonds with people in the Eastern Iowa community as they make important legal decisions concerning their future and loved ones. Additionally, we strive to provide a knowledgeable, yet comfortable, legal experience with each client as they grapple with difficult questions or deal with the difficult loss of a loved one.
