Rachel Babinat, Attorney
About the Attorney:
Rachel was raised on a farm outside of La Porte City, Iowa. She graduated from the Union Community School District in 2014 and went on to earn her undergraduate degree from High Point University, in High Point, North Carolina where she double majored in Business Administration and English-Literature. Returning to the Midwest, Rachel attended Marquette University Law School, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she earned her juris doctorate and was admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin in May 2021. Rachel was then admitted to practice in the State of Iowa in September 2021. Rachel worked as an Associate Attorney in Benton County, Iowa, following her admittance until she established her solo practice, Babinat Law Firm, PLC, in the fall of 2022.
When Rachel is not in the office, she is most likely to be found in a library, as she is an avid reader and is always looking for recommendations, or outside assisting her family with the farming operation.

Nadine Babinat, Office Manager
About the Office Manager:
Nadine grew up on a farm in rural La Porte City, Iowa. She worked as a Legal Secretary in Waterloo, Iowa, before accepting a position with Benton Community School District, in Van Horne, Iowa. She worked with the Benton Community School District for thirty years.
Nadine is married and has two children, one of which is Attorney Rachel Babinat. In her free time, Nadine enjoys hobbies like needlework, crossword puzzles and helping her husband and son on the farm.
